The customer was already a ServiceNow customer on a data maturity journey and desired to enhance their resiliency posture to support the overall organization with a ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) implementation. This customer has a strong commitment and focus on IT capabilities and the ability to quickly and appropriately respond to impacts affecting their ability provide quality patient care. They are using the BCM to perform regular Business Impact Analyses (BIA’s) and have Plans documented and maintained centrally on Platform.
