Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our CRM (CSM/FSM) and Retail practice areas. In this role you will shape platform strategy, guide technical delivery teams, and bring emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including AI and automation, to life for our clients. You will translate complex business challenges into elegant, scalable architectures that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on CSM, FSM, and Retail use cases — including custom applications, integrations, and platform configurations
  • Collaborate closely with clients, business process consultants, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate business requirements into sound technical designs
  • Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Decision Builder, and Virtual Agent capabilities to enhance customer service, field operations, and retail workflows
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and AJUVO’s delivery methodology
  • Perform assessments of existing ServiceNow implementations and deliver actionable roadmaps for improvement, modernization, or expansion
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and long-term maintainability of all ServiceNow solutions delivered
  • Create and maintain architecture documentation including solution designs, flow diagrams, integration specs, and technical stories
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, AI/automation advancements, and CRM/Retail technology trends to continuously drive innovation
  • Contribute to the development of AJUVO’s technical standards, delivery accelerators, and reusable assets
  • Collaborate on the creation of customer success stories, white papers, and thought leadership content
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical presentations to prospective clients

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
    • Proven delivery in ServiceNow Customer Workflows, especially CSM and FSM, including complex integrations with CRM, ERP, and Retail ecosystem platforms
    • Experience in Retail or consumer-facing technology environments is strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated experience designing or implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or similar), or a strong interest in rapidly building this skillset
    • Proven track record in client-facing, consulting engagements with the ability to credibly advise stakeholders at all levels
    • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture: data model, scoped applications, integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server), security, and performance
    • Strong experience with ServiceNow Customer Workflows (CSM, FSM, Retail) and IT Workflows (ITSM)
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow’s AI/ML capabilities including Now Assist for CSM/FSM, Predictive Intelligence, and Process Automation Designer
    • Experience with integration platforms and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) as they connect to ServiceNow
    • Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills — comfortable translating architecture to executive and technical audiences alike
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative, client-first mindset
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive and operational audiences
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM and/or FSM
  • Additional CIS certifications (ITSM, HR, Retail, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred
  • Now Assist / AI certifications a plus as the ServiceNow AI ecosystem matures

Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to design and deliver high-quality solutions across our CRM Service (CSM/FSM) and Retail practice areas. This is a senior, hands-on consulting role for someone who can own a technical workstream, translate business needs into scalable designs, guide other developers, and engage clients with confidence - while continuing to grow toward a Technical Architect role. Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, or SPM is an additional advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical delivery of ServiceNow workstreams from discovery and design through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization
  • Partner with clients, Business Process Consultants, Technical Architects, Project Managers, and delivery teams to translate business requirements and user stories into practical, scalable technical solutions
  • Design and build solutions across Customer Workflows, especially CSM and FSM, including data models, workspaces, portals, mobile experiences, automation, and integrations
  • Apply or rapidly develop knowledge of Retail Operations (RO) and Retail Service Management (RSM) to support store, associate, customer service, and field-service use cases
  • Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, scoped applications, and related platform capabilities
  • Lead technical design discussions, explain tradeoffs, identify dependencies and risks, and escalate architecture decisions appropriately
  • Review code and configuration for quality, security, performance, upgradeability, and alignment with ServiceNow and AJUVO standards
  • Troubleshoot complex platform, data, security, performance, and integration issues and drive them to resolution
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data mappings, integration specifications, flow diagrams, deployment notes, and implementation stories
  • Support estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, testing, defect triage, releases, and production readiness
  • Mentor Technical Consultants and developers through pairing, design guidance, code review, and practical knowledge sharing
  • Contribute reusable patterns, accelerators, delivery standards, and lessons learned that improve quality and efficiency across AJUVO engagements
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and emerging capabilities, including Now Assist, automation, and AI-enabled CRM and field-service experiences

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and development experience, including ownership of complex technical deliverables or workstreams
    • Demonstrated delivery experience with ServiceNow Customer Workflows, particularly CSM and/or FSM
    • Experience with Retail Operations (RO), Retail Service Management (RSM), store operations, omnichannel service, order management, or other consumer-facing service environments strongly preferred
    • Experience in one or more Technology Workflow areas - ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, or SPM - is a plus
    • Proven success in client-facing consulting engagements, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, technical decision-making, and expectation management
    • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams and managing competing priorities in a remote-first environment
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong ServiceNow platform development skills, including JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP services, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, data imports, and scoped applications
    • Working knowledge of ServiceNow architecture concepts, data modeling, security, performance, upgradeability, and application lifecycle management
    • Experience designing and troubleshooting integrations with CRM, ERP, order-management, workforce, identity, and other enterprise platforms
    • Experience with Workspaces, Service Portal or Employee Center, UI Builder, mobile experiences, and automated testing is valuable
    • Familiarity with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Decision Builder, or other ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities is a plus
  • Soft Skills:
    • Consultative, client-first mindset with the ability to understand the business outcome behind a technical request
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
    • Comfort leading technical conversations with client stakeholders and collaborating across functional and technical teams
    • Sound judgment about when to make a decision independently and when to engage a Technical Architect
    • Commitment to delivery quality, continuous learning, teamwork, and mentoring others

Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM and/or FSM strongly preferred
  • CIS certifications in Retail, ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or SPM are a plus
  • ServiceNow architecture, Now Assist, or AI-related credentials are a plus
