Success Story
Executing a High-Volume Customer Service Migration at Enterprise Scale
Large-scale migration execution
Migrated millions of customer care records and related data into ServiceNow
Performance-conscious delivery
Carefully managed migration throughput to protect platform stability during high-volume loads
Complex data preservation
Maintained related records, activity history, and operational integrity across interconnected service data
A global enterprise needed to migrate an extremely large volume of customer service data into ServiceNow, including millions of customer care records and extensive supporting history across multiple service areas. The effort involved tightly connected case data, multiple intake channels, and complex relationships that needed to be preserved throughout the migration process.
The challenge extended beyond scale alone. The legacy Salesforce environment was not fully documented, increasing discovery effort and adding additional migration risk. At the same time, the migration had to be executed carefully to avoid overwhelming the ServiceNow platform during high-volume processing.

140M+ records migrated across complex customer operations while maintaining platform stability and operational continuity.
AJUVO developed a disciplined migration strategy focused on data analysis, sequencing, mapping, validation, and controlled execution. The team actively managed throughput during migration activities, increasing volume where possible while throttling activity when needed to maintain platform stability.
The project ultimately included the migration of more than 16.6 million primary customer care cases, more than 700,000 additional service records, and over 140 million total records including related activity history, emails, chats, and journal entries.
The result was a successful enterprise-scale migration completed under aggressive timelines while preserving critical customer data, controlling risk, and maintaining platform performance throughout execution.
