AJUVO was founded in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains by a group of experienced leaders in service management technologies. While competing at different companies, we discovered we had something in common: We just weren’t feeling it. As top senior professionals we aspired to create a different kind of company – a company focused less on revenue and profit numbers than on customer and employee satisfaction. We all felt strongly that putting satisfaction first would lower customer and employee turnover, and that revenue and profits would naturally follow.

We named our company AJUVO from the Latin “to foster” – the value which still permeates our culture and vision for client engagement. And we focused our expertise exclusively on ServiceNow to ensure we could deliver the highest caliber, expert service, and exceptional outcomes.

And we were right. Success followed. Today, AJUVO is brought in to tackle ServiceNow’s largest, most complex service challenges. And we do so while maintaining one of the highest satisfaction ratings for ServiceNow engagements.
