The firm’s operating environment is extremely complex, consisting of roughly 3,400 servers and 1,500 software applications spread across 915 locations and 28,000 employees worldwide. They have 19-mid servers enable Discovery for their ServiceNow CMDB and engaged AJUVO in 2017 to ensure data integrity and provide and operational support.

AJUVO was initially hired to provide the company with needed ServiceNow expertise and modelling and development of their CMDB following a sub-optimal initial implementation. AJUVO defined and implemented their health and governance for their foundational CMDB architecture. AJUVO managed a successful major Discovery upgrade (Probes to Patterns migration) and implemented a custom Discovery Health Metric.

Today, AJUVO provides ongoing services to maintain the health and integrity of their ServiceNow CMDB operations. AJUVO proactively manages their Health Dashboard, actively monitoring ServiceNow data to ensure >98% CMDB accuracy. As part of continuous data monitoring (CMDB Health Dashboard), AJUVO handles all data quality issues that arise, performing root cause analysis, issue resolution and remediation to prevent issues from recurring.
